SUDU Dragon Boat Racing Club is thrilled to announce a significant boost to our training facilities! We have successfully secured a grant from the NSW Office of Sport, a development that will greatly enhance our club's capabilities.

Together with our own fundraising efforts, this assistance from the Office of Sport will be instrumental in the purchase of a Ski Ergometer and new, high-quality rubber floor mats. These additions are a crucial part of our planned upgrade to the Club Gym, aiming to provide our paddlers with the best possible environment to train and excel.

The new Ski Erg will offer a fantastic cross-training tool, allowing our paddlers to build crucial cardiovascular fitness and upper body strength, mirroring the demands of dragon boat racing. The upgraded flooring will ensure a safer and more effective training space for all members. This investment underscores our commitment to continuous improvement and supporting the athletic development of every SUDU Dragon.
