Some 15 Sudu paddlers went off to Canberra on the week-end and had a great experience with paddlers from Merimbula, Moruya, Narooma and Nowra – Making up a Southern Waratahs team.

The results, impressive and very competitive, reaching all category finals, but getting clipped in the end.

A few paddlers could not join us due to illness, we missed them and wish them a speedy recovery!

There were many highlights, but from a coaching perspective, what really impressed me was Sudu’s adaptability to paddling with different club personalities and values, also in different seats, paddling with true passion, discipline and camaraderie.
